Community Foundation Donates to Local Charities
Several funds at the Community Foundation have made their annual disbursements.
The Sam Costa Jr. Endowment, established by Mr. Costa, made equal gifts totaling $4,230. This fund benefits St. Elizabeth’s and St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Churches, Smethport United Way and Hamlin Memorial Library, all in Pennsylvania.
The Kothari Family Endowment made donations to the Olean General Hospital, $1,000; the Community Foundation’s Community Fund, $300; Genesis House,
