Wendy Brand of Allegany was elected president of the board of directors of the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation at the board’s recent annual meeting.

“I am pleased to have been elected to the office of president, and I look forward to working with the board and the staff of the Foundation to benefit the communities we serve,” Ms. Brand said, adding “Following in the footsteps of Carol Stitt, who successfully steered the organization from its beginning, is a daunting task, but I will do my best to continue to help the Foundation to ‘Grow Good.’”
